What is meditation?
Meditation not like a concentration, loss of control,
exercises or mental effort. Meditation is a means of transforming the mind. Meditation practices are techniques that
encourage and develop concentration, clarity, emotional positivity, and a calm
seeing of the true nature of things. By engaging with a particular meditation
practice you learn the patterns and habits of your mind, and the practice
offers a means to cultivate new, more positive ways of being. With regular work
and patience these nourishing, focused states of mind can deepen into
profoundly peaceful and energised states of mind. Such experiences can have a
transformative effect and can lead to a new understanding of life.
Now talking about meditation in supernatural activity…. I know
many of listeners are don’t believe as well. But I found several prove technique,
story, result of this type of meditation etc.
Basically there are two type of super natural meditation.
1/ kundalini jagaran
2/ chi practice
Now what the difference between this kundalini jagaran and
chi practice. this chi is the transforming and easy version of kundalini jagaran. Many years ago the china martial art
add this kundalini jagaran as chi. in chi you can control your power, and in
kundalini you will change totally. Totally means may be you will transform in a
god like SHIVA . You know the Indian hero saktiman or chiness cartoon avatar based on this
method. But in real life may be it not possible or may be possible by someone. Ok
let’s see some latest news about it. and again Kundalini is make for store energy in body but
chi is make for through it.
Lets talk about kudalini//
Subtle energy systems in the body
Most of the energy used in the functioning of our body, mind
and intellect comes via the subtle energy system, which can be perceived by
sixth sense
What is Kundalini and how does the process of Kundalini
awakening happen?
The universe is sustained by God’s mere presence. According to the Path of Kunḍalinī, God’s energy that is used in the running (i.e., creation, sustenance and destruction) of the universe is Divine consciousness (Chaitanya). With respect to a person, this Divine consciousness is known as chētanā and it is that part of God’s energy required for the functioning of a human being.
This chetana is of two types and, depending on its state of activity, it takes on two different names.
- Active chetana – also known as Vital energy (Prāṇa–shakti). The Vital energy sustains and gives energy to the gross body (sthūladēha), mind (manodēha), intellect (kāraṇdēha) and subtle-ego (mahākāraṇdēha). It is distributed through subtle energy channels known as nāḍīs. These energy channels are prevalent throughout the body and supply energy to the cells, nerves, arteries, lymph etc. Refer to the article – What are we comprised of?
- Non-active chetana – which is known as the Kundalini. This Kundalini lies dormant in a person until awakened as described in the methods below.
The diagram below shows the distribution of the total subtle-energy for vital energy and the Kundalini for spiritual growth.

What are chakras?

organs, mind and intellect. Learn about their exact positioning in the human

Spiritual growth naturally leads to awakening of the
Kundalini and the chakras. Learn about which chakra gets awakened at what
spiritual level.
Lets talk about chi //
What is chi ?
Put simply, chi (qi) is that which gives life. In terms of
the body, chi is that which differentiates a corpse from a live human being. To
use a Biblical reference, it is that which God breathed into the dust to
produce Adam. Chi is also the basis of acupuncture.A strong life force makes a
human being totally alive, alert and present while a weak force results in
sluggishness and fatigue. You can increase and develop your chi to overcome
illness, become more vibrant and enhance mental capacity. The concept of a life
force is found in most of the ancient cultures of the world. In India, it is
called prana; in China, chi; in Japan, ki; for Native Americans, the Great
Spirit. For all these cultures and others as well, the idea of life force is or
was central to their forms of medicine and healing. Both Traditional Chinese
Medicine and acupuncture are based on balancing and enhancing chi to bring the
body into a state of health.
BUILDING CHI IN THE BODY
Energy can be increased in a human being. Consequently, the
development of chi can make an ill person robust or a weak person vibrant. More
chi can enhance mental capacity too.The concept of chi also extends beyond the
physical body, to the subtle energies that activate all human functions,
including emotions and thought. Unbalanced chi causes your emotions to become
agitated and distressed. Balanced chi causes your emotions to become smooth and
more satisfying. From the perspective of thought, when your mental chi becomes
more refined it enhances your creativity at all levels--art, business,
relationships, child rearing, etc.Spiritual chi makes it more possible for us
to personally enter into higher states of consciousness, which lie at the heart
of religious experience.Qigong, tai chi and other form of Taoist martial and
healing arts, help you to develop subtle chi-energy, not as an idea but rather
lead you to directly feel and experience what this is in your body.To learn one
of the best and easist ways to learn to feel chi please checkout one of our

CHI CIRCULETION
To maintain pain-free, optimal health, chi or energy should
circulate throughout your entire body, without disruption, in a smooth,
powerful fashion. The classic Chinese medical phrase is teng jr bu tong. If the
circulation of your chi is blocked (bu tong), you have pain and disease (teng).
Conversely, if your chi or life force energy in your acupuncture meridian lines
if fully connected and circulating without blockages (tong), you have neither
pain nor disease (bu tong) - tong jr bu teng.Making your chi tong i is the most
basic goal of Chinese medicine and most apparent with tai chi, qigong and
acupunture. Balancing out and connecting your chi so that it has no blockages
will both get rid of the pain of disease and make you feel a whole lot better.
